Veg Steak Fritters-Bhajiya’s

Quite simple as that. On a toothpick..in the same order..Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese & Tomato (hard bases at the beginning & end of the toothpick veg steak)

Dip this in any batter which is similar. We used besan/gram flour, haldi, mirchi, salt, corn flour..a little chaat masala. & Deep fry.

The cheese is HOT & melts in your mouth but be careful.. ๐Ÿ™‚

That’s what we called this when we sold fritter’s at Frittery..our first ever food stall. Awww ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚
