Kheema Dosa-Mince meat fried & stuffed in Dosa’s

Wow..I can finally finally make big round dosa’s..will learn to make them nice & crispy & larger rounder soon! (you must excuse my language)

Boil mince meat/kheema with a few garlic cloves, cloves, peppercorns & salt.

Heat oil, lots of minced garlic, ginger..throw in the boiled kheema..stir fry. Burn it..yes you must but in a non stick ๐Ÿ™‚ ..(haldi/mirchi/dhaniya if you may) ..add peas..chopped coriander leaves.

Make dosa’s in a separate pan, when you turn it over..add the kheema..roll up. Tricky to get it out of the pan if you are not using a griddle/tawa..ah well managed.

& for the thousandth time, I wish I were a better photographer..maybe life has something else in store ๐Ÿ˜€ :D..
