Rawa Dosa-1o mins prep

rawaSuper quick rawa dosa’s (no overnight soaking jazz)
You will need:
3 cups – rawa
1 cup – curd
2 – big onions (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp – cumin seeds (fried)
a few sprigs – coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 to 2 – green chillies (chopped finely)
enough butter to make dosas
salt to taste

Method:
Mix rawa and curd.
Add water to make a pouring consistency.
Add onions, cumin seeds, coriander, green chillies and salt to taste.
Keep aside for 1 hour. Mix well.
Make dosas on a non-stick tawa/griddle using butter.
Serve hot with chutney and molagupudi.
