In a bowl, add thinned 800ml. Of Chaas [buttermilk], salt and ground pepper. Add chicken to this n let it
marinate overnight or for 30 minutes.
Take 300gms plain flour, add salt, four eggs add salt pepper & beat 4 eggs.
take cornflakes and bread crumbs (200gms cornflakes & 200 gms corn flakes)
Heat oil. Remove chicken pieces. First roll them in flour, dunk them again in the buttermilk mixture and let it soak. We give it 3 layers- flour, then egg, and then the corn flakes-n-crumb mixture
and fry till golden brown. Serve piping hot with lemon wedges, onion rings and spicy salsa 🙂 !
